Nine Witches Family Disruption is a good point and click adventure game. Everything from the opening, which is available in a demo. Hooks you and it puts up a fight to not be shaken loose. I certainly didn’t want to tear myself away. The story is interesting. The mechanic of switching between a quadriplegic man that can leave his body as a ghost. The great pixel art tied everything together. The only thing I didn’t really like was the humor. We all have different senses of humor. So this might not even be a problem for you. But I just felt it leaned way too much onto breaking the fourth wall and toilet humor. I also a bit disappointed that Krakovitz and Akiro didn’t have different lines.

This game was a blast. The story was exciting and the puzzles were fun and satisfying to solve. The humor was a touch heavy on the patty side. But there was plenty of clever jokes to balance it out. The combat is fun, but really tough. I was glad I could switch to easy mode. Though it honestly made fighting a bit too easy early in the game. It worked out great in later fights. It’s a classic point and click adventure with some Nazi shooting thrown in for good measure. I highly recommend this if you’ve enjoyed games like Thimbleweed Park or Tales of Monkey Island.
